You can set it to start each time you start your computer to insure that your system's internal clock is always correct, or run it occasionally to synchronise as needed.
NetTime comes pre-loaded with a list of about 150 public NTP servers. You can configure your own NTP servers, or you can simply choose "Auto-Configure", which will check all servers on the list for availability, network lag time, and accuracy, and then set them up for you.
